Hi all. I am new to the forum and not starting positively. I am from LHD country, but bought RHD to rebuild it as the prices in UK are very reasonable. I bought the Q192ODV yellow/black car from Darren located in Plymouth. He was very very helpful, finding place where to load car on the truck. I order parts for the rebuild (LHD quick steering, carbon dashboard, battery panel, carbon front and rear fenders)from MK Sportcars UK and this is where the bad story is strating... Parts have been paid 1,5 month ago after the confirmation they are on the stock. Since today I have nothing, calling MK every other day and hearing just excuses that parts has returned, being given incorrect tracking numbers and promises that correct one will be sent. I am really very dissapointed and canĀ“t understand the approach to customer. Any other member experienced the same? Hope the situation will be solved, but nearly 2 months are lost and the communication from MK is just b......t. Lot of job has been done and the car is waiting just for those parts. Hi Evo, mate you have every right to be dissapointed...that said i have bought loads of parts over the last two years without to much fuss, yes they are pretty slow at forwarding the ordered item but i did get them. Did you pay with a credit card? if so it might pay you to invlove them as this will really chase the at MK up. Have you spoken with Danny personally? I hope you gets your parts soon Evo as for a spring/summer drive, more like Autumn right now!!

Hi. I waited 8 weeks for carbon dash & carbon front and rear wheel mudgaurds

Hi again.Sorry i did not get to finish dog had other idea ! There reaction to customer orders is not the best but as Davo states contact them as often as often as you can by phone as they do not always open their emails
